John F. Taylor

Co-Managing Partner

John Taylor is a co-founder of Baromedical Associates and serves as a co-managing partner of the company. John founded and leads or has led several health care companies, including StoneGate Senior Living, an integrated post-acute care provider that manages over thirty senior housing and health care properties. The companies he founded or co-founded include Rehab Pro–a therapy provider; Lifetime Wellness, Acute Rehabilitation Hospital, and SG Development.

He was a founding member of OKALA (the Oklahoma Chapter of the Assisted Living Federation of America) and served as its Vice-Chairman and Director. He served as a Director of TALA (the Texas Chapter of the Assisted Living Federation of America). He has served on the Owners’ Advisory Board of the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing and Care Industry (NIC). John also served on the Public Policy Action Team of the Assisted Living Federation of America.

He attended Cameron University in Lawton, Oklahoma, and Abilene Christian University in
Abilene, Texas, where he studied accounting, finance, and economics.

Tracy Gunter co-founded Baromedical Associates with John Taylor in 2010 and currently serves as the company’s CEO/Managing Partner. He has led several healthcare startup initiatives, including co-founding Rehab Pro and Lifetime Wellness – where he continues to serve as CEO of those respective companies.  

Tracy  knows the healthcare and rehabilitative industry well, having worked in it since graduating from Northwestern State University with a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) in 1993.  He earned his bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration from Louisiana College in 1990 and was recognized as a Distinguished Alumnus in 2010.  His straightforward approach and astute knowledge of the rehabilitation/wellness business provide him with the unique expertise to manage these service-specific companies.

He and his wife reside in Tyler, Texas, where he enjoys his church, community, and various outdoor and sports-related endeavors.

In 2010, Mary was recruited to start Baromedical Associates and is a founding partner. She brought many years of experience and expertise in Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.

Previously, Mary was Senior Vice President of Development for Perry Baromedical, the premier
manufacturer of state-of-the-art FDA-approved hyperbaric systems. As a member of senior management, she was responsible for implementing hyperbaric oxygen therapy in hospital wound care centers across the US. Mary’s career includes work in the design and development of hospital network infrastructure, secure HIPAA-compliant networks and management systems for the U.S. Army Hospital Communications Network, Brooks Army Medical Center, Texas Department of Health & Human Services, and others.

Mary is trained in Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and is experienced in clinic design and development. She is a frequent speaker at professional conferences and industry seminars.

Natalie joined Baromedical Associates as a partner in 2010. She also serves as the Chief Operating Officer of their sister company, Rehab Pro. She is committed to excellent patient care with a focus on rehabilitative services that restore and protect overall wellbeing.

Natalie’s passion for the post-acute continuum is represented in her 36 years of diverse experience in the healthcare industry.

Natalie holds a B.S. in Occupational Therapy from the University of Oklahoma.

Callie joined Baromedical Associates as a partner in 2010. She is also a founding partner with their sister company, Lifetime Wellness, LTD. She is passionate about helping people through wellness, making her a perfect addition to our organization.

Callie completed her Master of Science at the University of Louisiana Monroe in the field of Exercise Science. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Louisiana College.

Callie loves her husband, Andy, their 2 girls, Emerson and Peyton, and time with them brings her immense joy. She is active in her church and enjoys all sports, exercising, and reading.

Dr. Meyers is a General Surgeon in the Dallas area with 27 years of experience in Hyperbaric Medicine. Under his guidance, our expert team strives to provide the highest quality of care using the latest in technology and applying “Best Practice” methodology.

Having consulted with some of the most prestigious Fortune 500 corporations across the US, Derek bridges clinical excellence with operational efficiency. His proficiency in healthcare strategy, operations, and value-based care management has led to the development and execution of strategic initiatives that enhance patient outcomes while optimizing resources.

Derek provides strategic vision and operational expertise to drive organizational success. His clinical knowledge, focus, and passion for patient-centered innovation enhance the company’s mission to deliver cutting-edge hyperbaric solutions.
